We are seeking an experienced Plant Administrator to join us in Grand-Falls, NB. This position will report directly to the Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Involved in ad hoc plant projects and initiatives
  • Responsible for daily reconciliation of petty cash and weekly bank deposits
  • Manage cafeteria operations and supervise employees
  • Preparing, submitting, coding and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and invoices
  • Performing basic bookkeeping/clerical duties
  • Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, preparing presentations
  • Administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, planning activities, etc.
  • Training various key employees in Coupa system
  • Issue visitor badges and notify McCain personnel of visitor arrivals
  • Manage & order plant office supplies, cafeteria supplies, GMP supplies, etc.
  • Set-up meeting rooms and plan events with help from the mgmt. team
  • Process/Track Purchase Orders
  • Supervise and manage cafeteria
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to answer questions on issues with orders/ status of invoice payments/deposits
  • Assist finance operations on plant cost and performance
Qualifications:
  • CCNB - Accounting/Office Administration courses is an asset
  • Bilingual English/French required
  • Strong technical, analytical and systems skills (Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, Micro Strategy)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
