Plant Accounting Manager | Cornwall

This is more than just accounting. It's a rare chance to work hand-in-hand with a CFO in the manufacturing sector and play a critical role in shaping the financial backbone of a growing company. You'll be at the heart of key decisions, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Own

? Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, general ledger)

? Lead the month-end closing process from A to Z

? Collaborate with other departments to define company metrics and KPIs

? Manage financial reporting and ensure accurate, timely statements

? Support the annual external audit and liaise with auditors

? Supervise and mentor a staff accountant and/or cost accountant

Your Profile

? 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing context

? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

? Excellent communication and collaboration skills

? Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful

? Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-evolving environment
