DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish effective partnerships between finance and plant management to ensure accurate data processing and financial results, including plant cost analysis to support informed business decisions. Responsible for period close process, including journal entries, inventory reconciliations, plant's cost statement. Support systems/process/tools reviewing actual to standard cost and providing in-depth analysis on cost drivers of variances. Work with plants to establish effective and measurable budgets on an annual basis, as well as periodic reporting tracking performance. Work with operations and admin team to validate information used for standard costing. Work with Plant managers, operations, and finance on production cost performance and reporting information to support timely business decisions. Travel to multiple locations throughout the year is a requirement. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Excellent MS Office computer skills (advanced excel). Experience with SAP is desired. Proven ability to effectively compile, analyze and interpret data. Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills. Strong analytical/technical, logic and mathematic skills with attention to detail. Must be able to work as a part of a collaborative team with all levels and departments.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting. Accounting Designation or enrolled in CPA program. 5+ years of financial analysis, with a technical focus in manufacturing supply and costing.
