About the job

The Planning Manager is responsible for seasonal merchandise plans, merchandise financial planning and monthly bottom-up forecasting while maintaining availability and inventory targets needed to support annual growth and profitability.

• Management of merchandise financial plans and reconciliation with targets across cluster.
• Provision of accurate monthly bottom-up sales and demand forecasts by SKU, month and by country, channel and product category.
• Maintainance of monthly forecast accuracy targets and analysis of gaps and opportunitites in line with financial plans.
• Weekly and monthly reporting with focus on product performance and actionable insights.
• Management of all forecast and demand related processes within scope continually striving for improvement and optimization.
• Close collaboration with local Sales and Supply Chain team.
• Building and nurturing a collaborative environment in a cross functional networked team.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• University degree

3 - 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting * Strong analytical skills, ability to develop insights and utilize financial measurements.

• Aptitude to learn new technical applications and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
