Job Description

We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Junior Planning Engineer to join our fast-paced, dynamic team in Saint John, New Brunswick. This is a role that requires both office and field-based work scopes. You will work with a team to determine best methods and equipment for engineered lifts.



Conduct site visits as required for determining appropriate lift solutions. Work closely with Operations team to recommend equipment selection to best serve our customers. Develop lift plans using in-house CAD-based planning software. Effectively communicate project details to both internal and external customers who are responsible for executing the work. Ensure team adheres to Quality, Environment, Health & Safety policies and procedures. Travel within Atlantic Canada as required.

An engineering degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, with preference given to Mechanical or Civil Engineer. A minimum of 2 years experience in construction industry is an asset. Proficiency with AutoCAD is a must. Detail oriented with a high level of organization. A team player who is also able to work independently. Performs well under pressure and able to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills. Class 5 driver's license.
