Job Description


TEHORA is currently looking for a Planning and Control Analyst (PCO) with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use his skills within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the successful candidate must provide.

Description of work or deliverables:

Support project managers in the planning, organization and control activities that concern them;

Participate in the development of project planning (activities, deliverables, efforts and timelines) and their budget planning;

Monitor the workload, analyze variances and recommend actions to ensure compliance with project costs and deadlines;

Perform the accounting of financial forecasts and expenses incurred in projects in collaboration with the Department of Financial and Material Resources;

Participate in the production of project reviews, the documentation of outstanding points, change requests and risks;

Establish processes for quality assurance, approval of deliverables, document management and dissemination of project management information.

Requirements

Cumulate three (3) years of experience as an analyst in project planning and control;

Have contributed, as an analyst in project planning and control, to at least two (2) mandates with a scope of more than 1500 p-d. in an IR development project;

Master the MS-Project tool.
