Rally Engineering Inc ("Rally") is seeking a skilled & detail-oriented

Planner/ Scheduler

. This role is critical in ensuring successful planning and execution of multi-disciplinary EPCM projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams to gather input and align schedule activities with project objectives. Analyze and monitor progress, resource allocation, critical paths, and milestones. Provide regular progress updates, schedule forecasts, and reporting. Identify and communicate schedule risks and delays; recommend mitigation strategies. Support change management by assessing schedule impact of design or scope changes.

Qualifications:

Required:

4-5 Years of proven Engineering and Construction Planning / Scheduling experience in heavy industrial / energy sector. Proficient in Primavera P6. Solid understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction workflows. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
