Job Description

The Planner / Scheduler - Construction will be responsible for managing project schedules and ensuring timely delivery within the light industrial construction industry. This role is based in Burlington and requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills.

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Monitor progress and identify potential delays, proposing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Utilize scheduling software to track and update project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements in the Property sector.
• Support the project team in optimizing construction schedules and resource allocation.
