Vous suivrez les performances des campagnes de mani\xc3\xa8re continue et aiderez les \xc3\xa9quipes de sp\xc3\xa9cialistes \xc3\xa0 analyser les donn\xc3\xa9es et les param\xc3\xa8tres des campagnes et \xc3\xa0 formuler des recommandations pour en optimiser l\'efficacit\xc3\xa9.CE QUI REND CE POSTE INT\xc3\x89RESSANT

VOS RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S
  • Participer \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration et \xc3\xa0 l\'ex\xc3\xa9cution des plans m\xc3\xa9dia
  • Utiliser divers outils de recherche pour r\xc3\xa9aliser des \xc3\xa9tudes de march\xc3\xa9, des analyses d\'audience et des \xc3\xa9tudes sur la consommation des m\xc3\xa9dias
  • Collaborer avec des \xc3\xa9quipes sp\xc3\xa9cialis\xc3\xa9es (\xc3\xa9quipes num\xc3\xa9rique et traditionnelles, \xc3\xa9quipes de r\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rencement payant et r\xc3\xa9seaux sociaux) pour planifier et ex\xc3\xa9cuter les campagnes.
  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance des campagnes afin d\'\xc3\xa9valuer l\'efficacit\xc3\xa9 et de formuler des recommandations fond\xc3\xa9es sur des donn\xc3\xa9es en vue d\'une optimisation
  • Aider \xc3\xa0 la pr\xc3\xa9paration de rapports d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9s et de pr\xc3\xa9sentations pr\xc3\xa9sentant les r\xc3\xa9sultats des campagnes, les perspectives et les recommandations pour les clients
  • Se tenir au courant des tendances de l\'industrie par le biais de revues sp\xc3\xa9cialis\xc3\xa9es, d\'ateliers/s\xc3\xa9minaires et suivre l\'actualit\xc3\xa9
  • Superviser toutes les t\xc3\xa2ches administratives et comptables li\xc3\xa9es aux m\xc3\xa9dias, y compris le suivi de la r\xc3\xa9conciliation des factures partenaires, la v\xc3\xa9rification des rapports mensuels sur les d\xc3\xa9penses m\xc3\xa9dias (BCR) et les r\xc3\xa9ponses aux demandes de renseignements sur la facturation des clients

  • Fait preuve de pr\xc3\xa9cision et d\'attention aux d\xc3\xa9tails
  • Autonome et fait preuve d\'initiative
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer plusieurs projets
  • Travaille bien en \xc3\xa9quipe

VOS QUALIFICATIONS
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire ou coll\xc3\xa9gial dans le domaine des m\xc3\xa9dias, du marketing, des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe ; OU exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle \xc3\xa9quivalente
  • Minimum de 1 \xc3\xa0 2 ans en tant qu\'assistant-planificateur m\xc3\xa9dia et/ou d\'achat m\xc3\xa9dia
  • Compr\xc3\xa9hension d\xc3\xa9montr\xc3\xa9e des bases et des concepts des m\xc3\xa9dias
  • Connaissance pratique des outils syndiqu\xc3\xa9s (Lens, Telmar, Mediaocean/DDS, etc.)
  • Ma\xc3\xaetrise de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 communiquer de mani\xc3\xa8re concise et claire, tant \xc3\xa0 l\'oral qu\'\xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit, en fran\xc3\xa7ais et en anglais.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the development and execution of media plans
  • Use various media tools to conduct market research, audience analysis, and media consumption studies
  • Collaborate with specialist teams (Digital & Offline trading teams, Paid Search and Social teams) to plan and execute campaigns
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations showcasing campaign results, insights, and recommendations for clients
  • Keep abreast of industry trends through trade journals, industry workshops/seminars and track current events
  • Oversee all media accounting and administrative duties required including following up on partner invoice reconciliation, verifying monthly media expenditure reports (BCRs) and responding to client billing inquiries

  • Digitally savvy: uses digital and social media, demonstrates passion about emerging media, Google Analytics, Google Images, ability to search and research topics, etc.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • University or College degree/diploma in Media, Marketing, Business, or related field; OR equivalent professional work experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years as a Planning and/or Buying Assistant
  • Demonstrated understanding of media basics and concepts
  • Working knowledge of Syndicated tools (Lens, Telmar, Mediaocean/DDS, etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate concisely and clearly both orally and in writing in both French and English
