Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) planificateur matiere et travaux en quart de soir pour rejoindre notre equipe des operations basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe de planification des travaux et matieres chargee d'assurer la disponibilite des stocks a temps ainsi que la continuite de l'execution des travaux


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Assurer la disponibilite des stocks a temps Assurer la continuite de l'execution des travaux Prioriser l'avancement des travaux afin de respecter le plan de production Assurer un suivi d'informations entre les quarts de travail Developper des solutions pour aligner l'offre et la demande afin de realiser et ameliorer la strategie de gestion des stocks Interagir avec diverses equipes multidisciplinaires (Logistique-Approvisionnement, Methodes, Genie Usine, Genie Industriel, Ingenierie,Qualite) Participer aux projets d'amelioration (AOS, 5S, lean manufacturing, reduction des couts, amelioration de la fabrication, etc.)

Profil / Competences requise



Vous detenez un baccalaureat en logistique ou en genie industriel, en gestion des operations et de la logistique, ou un diplome d'etudes collegiales avec une experience equivalente; Vous avez de deux a cinq ans d'experience pertinente en logistique ou en planification de production Vous avez une experience pertinente dans l'industrie automobile ou aerospatiale (un atout); Vous avez un fort interet pour l'amelioration continue et les principes de fabrication allegee; Vous avez une bonne comprehension du francais et de l'anglais ecrit et parle (un atout); Vous avez une facilite a utiliser la Suite Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project); Vous avez une facilite a utiliser Google Suite (Files, Docs, Slides) Vous detenez une experience de travail avec SAP (un atout);

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a PreFAL Material and Work Planner for the evening shift to join our operations team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.


You will be part of the work and material planning team responsible for ensuring the timely availability of inventory and the continuity of work execution.


The team is organized in a way that promotes cross-functional collaboration in an autonomous manner, with members supporting each other and learning collectively.


Your role as a Materials and Work Planner will be to:



Support the evening team from 3:00 p.m. to 11:40 p.m. Ensure the timely availability of inventory. Ensure the continuity of work execution. Prioritize work progress in order to comply with the production plan.

Your challenges:



Support the evening team from 3:00 p.m. to 11:40 p.m. Ensure stock availability on time Ensure the continuity of the execution of the works Prioritization of work progress in order to respect the schedule Follow up on information between shifts Develop solutions to align supply and demand to achieve and improve inventory management strategy Interact with various multidisciplinary teams (Logistics-Supply, Methods, Plant Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Quality) Participate in improvement projects (AOS, 5S, lean manufacturing, cost reduction, manufacturing improvement, etc.)

Qualification:



You have a bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering, Operations & Logistics Management, or College Diploma with equivalent experience ; You have two to five years of relevant experience in logistic or production planning You have a relevant experience in automotive or aerospace industry(an asset); You have a strong interest in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles; You have a good understanding of French and English written and spoken(an asset); You have an ease to use Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project); You have an ease to use Google Suite (Files, Docs, Slides) You hold a work experience with SAP (an asset);
