Vous avez une experience en planification, vous avez travaille en maintenance et vous souhaitez evoluer et developper de nouvelles competences? Ce poste est pour vous !


Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un/uneplanificateur.e maintenance pour rejoindre notre equipe de maintenance industrielle et Infrastructure basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez avec de nombreux intervenants dans tous les secteurs de l'usine.


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe Maintenance responsable de la maintenance du batiment, des equipements de production et de l'entretien menager.


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.


Votre role en tant que Planificateur Maintenance sera de coordonner la maintenance preventive, corrective et l'etalonnage des equipements des secteurs en production, outillage, transport, qualite, projet, maintenance equipements & utilites/ batiment dans le respect des delais, de la securite, des Bonnes Pratiques de Maintenance et de la qualite.

Vos defis:



Determiner les fenetres optimales pour realiser les travaux preventifs et correctifs en minimisant l'impact sur la production; Planifier les travaux en fonction des priorites et de la disponibilites des equipements et des ressources humaines et materielles; Effectuer, avec l'equipe technique, le suivi des travaux de maintenance de toute l'usine; Integrer les exigences SSE lors de l'ordonnancement des bons de travail; Elaborer et communiquer la cedule de maintenance annuelle avec les equipes de production; Effectuer le suivi et la publication des indicateurs de performance maintenance.

Votre profil



Vous detenez un DEC dans une discipline technique pertinente (Genie mecanique, Logistique, Electrotechnique, Maintenance industrielle, etc.), ou une experience jugee equivalente; Vous possedez une experience solide d'au moins 10 ans) dans un poste similaire en milieu industriel, l'experience en secteur aeronautique etant consideree comme un atout; Vous avez de l'experience dans un environnement de travail syndique; Vous maitrisez les logiciels de Gestion de la Maintenance Assistee par Ordinateur (GMAO); Vous faites preuve d'une bonne capacite de redaction technique (synthese, rapports, etc.); Vous detenez une competence intermediaire en francais et un niveau debutant en anglais.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a maintenance planner to join our infrastructure and industrial maintenance team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work with many stakeholders in all sectors of the factory.


You will be part of the Maintenance team responsible for maintaining the building, production equipment and housekeeping.


The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.


Your role as a Maintenance Planner will be to coordinate preventive, corrective maintenance and calibration of equipment in the production, tooling, transport, quality, project, equipment & utilities/building maintenance sectors while respecting deadlines, safety, Good Maintenance Practices and quality.

Your challenges:



Determine the optimal windows for carrying out preventive and corrective work while minimizing the impact on production; Plan the work according to priorities and the availability of equipment and human and material resources; Carry out, with the technical team, the monitoring of maintenance work throughout the plant; Integrate HSE requirements when scheduling work orders; Develop and communicate the annual maintenance schedule with the production teams; Monitor and publish maintenance performance indicators;

Your boarding pass:



You hold a DEC (College Diploma) in a relevant technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Electrotechnology, Industrial Maintenance, etc.), or equivalent experience; You have solid experience (10 years) in a similar role within the industrial sector, with experience in the aeronautical sector considered an asset; You have experience working within a unionized environment; You are proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software; You demonstrate good technical writing ability (summaries, reports, etc.). You possess intermediate proficiency in French and a beginner level in English.
