Agit \xc3\xa0 titre de personne-ressource principale et de point de contact avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe du client pour toutes les demandes li\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 l\'espace non li\xc3\xa9 au projet tout au long du processus de planification.
Peut aider \xc3\xa0 la gestion de la gamme mondiale de meubles. R\xc3\xa9pond aux questions et aux pr\xc3\xa9occupations du client et fournit des donn\xc3\xa9es pour appuyer les recommandations.
Peut d\xc3\xa9terminer les solutions en mati\xc3\xa8re de mobilier existantes actuellement en place et \xc3\xa9laborer des proc\xc3\xa9dures op\xc3\xa9rationnelles normalis\xc3\xa9es pour toutes les activit\xc3\xa9s li\xc3\xa9es au mobilier. Conserve des connaissances des besoins actuels et futurs en mati\xc3\xa8re d\'espace et comprend l\'orientation commerciale et les besoins changeants en milieu de travail.
G\xc3\xa8re le suivi, la surveillance et la supervision de tous les d\xc3\xa9placements, de la planification et de l\'inventaire des meubles et des postes de travail non li\xc3\xa9s au projet.
Peut d\xc3\xa9velopper et maintenir des m\xc3\xa9canismes de suivi pour les rapports mensuels. Applique ses connaissances aux exigences en mati\xc3\xa8re d\'espace pr\xc3\xa9vu en fonction des renseignements v\xc3\xa9rifi\xc3\xa9s sur l\'espace existant, de l\'offre/la demande li\xc3\xa9e \xc3\xa0 l\'espace pr\xc3\xa9vue et des projections de croissance. Fournit des mesures concernant les besoins actuels et futurs en mati\xc3\xa8re d\'espace. Participe \xc3\xa0 la conceptualisation et \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration de plans de migration.
Coordonne la planification des d\xc3\xa9placements, des ajouts ou des changements non li\xc3\xa9s au projet. Peut fournir des pr\xc3\xa9visions budg\xc3\xa9taires.

JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to support and assist in the management of space planning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as a primary interface and point of contact with client team for all non-project space related inquires throughout the planning process.
May assist in managing the global furniture portfolio. Answers client\'s questions/concerns and provides data to back up recommendations.
May identify existing furniture solutions currently in place and develops standard operating procedures for all furniture activity. Maintains knowledge of current and future space needs and understanding of the business direction and changing workplace needs.
Tracks, monitors and oversees all non-project related moves, planning and inventory of furniture and workstations.
May develop and maintain tracking mechanisms for monthly reports. Applies knowledge to forecast space requirements based on verified existing space information, forecasted space supply/demand and growth projections. Provides metrics around current and future space needs. Participates in conceptualizing and the development of migration plans.
Coordinates planning for non-project related moves, adds, and/or changes. May deliver budgetary forecasting.
Attends meetings with client representatives and facilitates discussion/programming of space requirements (headcount/growth, allocations, adjacencies, special support needs). Provides metrics, collect, organizes and analyzes data related to client\'s facility requirements and physical space needs. Educates and enforces policies, standards and procedures.
Reviews, and/or updates CAD drawings and/or related database(s). Documents findings, conclusions and communicates recommendations based on data analysis and supply/demand assessment. Reports to client and service delivery partners upon critical success factors, work environment and delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate work and assign tasks.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Associate\'s degree from or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of related progressive experience and/or training.
AutoCAD drawing experience is required.
