Placement Coordinator (Full-Time Contract)

Thompson Career College (part of Pioneer World Education Group) is committed to providing high-quality education and practical experience for our students. We are seeking a motivated Placement Coordinator to build strong partnerships with local daycares and early learning centers, ensuring successful placements that meet program requirements.

About the role:

The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with childcare providers, coordinating student placements, and supporting both students and employers throughout the process.

We're a remote employer based in Toronto, ON. Our core business hours are from 9am-5pm, with flexibility required for project needs and on-call responsibilities.

In this role, you will:

? Identify and establish partnerships with daycares and early learning centers.

? Communicate with students and placement sites to ensure smooth collaboration.

? Maintain accurate records of students digital portfolios, placements and compliance documentation.

? Monitor placement progress and address any issues in a timely manner.

? Promote positive relationships between various partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

?Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.

?Previous experience in placement coordination or recruitment is an asset.

?Proficient in CRM systems, Google documents and Notion.

?Strong communication and relation-building skills.

?Organizational skills, Presentation skills and attention to detail.

?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

?Must have a sales-driven mindset and comfort with proactive outreach to find and develop new placement opportunities.

Nice-to-have:

? Knowledge of childcare and early learning environments.

? Experience in Counselling and mentorship of others.

? Experience in managing social media accounts and LinkedIn content.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
