We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in meal preparation by chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including cooking equipment and utensils. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of food served. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in meal preparation and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork with fellow cooks and kitchen staff. Familiarity with various cooking techniques, particularly related to pizza preparation. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.
