Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during food handling and preparation Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and other cooking tools Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed Serve customers at the counter or in a dine-in setting with friendly and professional service Follow all restaurant policies regarding food handling, safety, and hygiene

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting ingredients or equipment Reliable team player with good communication skills Flexibility to work during peak hours including evenings and weekends as needed
