Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality and safety. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle food safely and efficiently while following all health guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by responding to special requests or dietary restrictions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent cooking skills with a focus on pizza preparation is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff. A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
