skilled, reliable, and passionate kitchen professionals
to join our team in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.We are currently hiring for:
Pizzaiolo (Pizza Cook)
&Line Cook
Pizzaiolo (Pizza Cook)
Requirements:
Proven experience with
hand-stretched, stone-baked, or wood-fired pizza
Ability to prep and managedough, sauces, and toppings
Skilled at working clean and fast under pressure Comfortable with high-volume service and maintaining consistencyResponsibilities:
Prepare and cook pizzas to spec during service Manage pizza station prep, cleanliness, and rotation Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Line Cook
Requirements:
3+ years of experience
on the line in a busy kitchen Skilled on multiple stations (saute, grill, fryer, etc.) Strong knife skills and recipe execution Team player with a sense of urgency and pride in qualityResponsibilities:
Execute dishes accurately and efficiently during service Maintain a clean, organized workstation Assist with prep and uphold kitchen standards
