As the Shop Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining an efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning. Lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality customer service. Oversee food preparation processes to ensure adherence to food safety regulations. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Train and develop team members in food service best practices and kitchen operations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. Monitor cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience in food service or restaurant management. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is preferred.

Pay: $17.90-$19.10 per hour
