We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a love for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality pizza in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to perfection while ensuring adherence to food safety standards.

Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including dough, sauces, and toppings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and taste of pizzas. Help with meal preparation for other menu items as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Handle food items safely and responsibly, adhering to all food handling guidelines. Assist in inventory management by reporting low stock levels of ingredients.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices and kitchen operations is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.
