Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. This role involves preparing and cooking delicious pizzas and other menu items in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This also includes indian/punjabi food! The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent food safety practices, and experience in the food industry. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients according to recipes and quality standards Cook pizzas and other menu items using proper techniques and equipment Ensure all food handling procedures comply with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and work stations Assist in meal preparation during busy hours to ensure timely service Serve customers at the counter or take-out window with professionalism and friendliness Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic knowledge of the food industry and meal preparation processes Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed MUST be able to prepare and cook indian specialities or be willing to learn.
