We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Cook/Cashier to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities

Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards Cook pizzas to perfection using appropriate kitchen equipment, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation Handle food safely by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling orders Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces Serve customers efficiently and courteously at the counter or during take-out orders Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining environment

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Good communication skills and teamwork orientation Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting ingredients or equipment as needed A positive attitude and willingness to learn about the food industry and meal preparation processes
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
