We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves preparing delicious pizzas, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in the food industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and other ingredients according to recipes and quality standards Cook pizzas to perfection using appropriate methods and equipment Ensure all food handling procedures comply with food safety regulations Assist in food preparation for other menu items as needed Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies Serve customers efficiently and courteously when working at the front counter or during takeout orders Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours

Requirements

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Strong teamwork and communication skills Basic understanding of food handling regulations and sanitation standards Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends. A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
