Position Overview:

We're looking for a

Pizza Maker

to join our team and help bring this vision to life. This unique role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities to ensure every pizza is made perfectly, every team member is supported, and every customer leaves with a smile. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Role

Oversee and actively participate in daily pizza making, dough preparation, and ingredient prepping to ensure the highest quality. Manage setup for peak times including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces and salads, and organizing the kitchen for smooth operations. Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean, safe kitchen environment. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs proactively. Minimize food waste through portion control and proper storage procedures.
Managerial Role

Build and refine systems that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Develop and post engaging social media content at least three times per week to connect with our community. Plan and manage employee schedules to optimize labor costs and maintain excellent service coverage. Conduct regular staff training focused on technical skills, customer service, and our personal connection philosophy. Control food and labor costs to meet monthly and yearly budget goals. Foster strong personal relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued beyond just their order. Track and analyze sales, customer feedback, and staff performance to continuously improve the business.
