We are looking for a part-time pizzaiolo. At least 1 year of experience with wooden fire oven, stretching dough and making pizzas with ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant. Candidate must be able to handle busy nights, coordinating cooking times, communicating with servers, pizzaiolos and pasta cooks. Must be able to carry up to 50Lb.
Experience with making dough from scratch is an asset.

Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Have a good time-management skill
Follow recipes instructions
Able to work under pressure
