We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety standards. As a Pizza Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious pizzas that meet our high-quality standards while ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and utilized efficiently to minimize waste. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed, contributing to overall kitchen operations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, mixers, and cutting tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for cooking and creating high-quality meals that delight customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.55-$20.00 per hour
