Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing high-quality meal preparation in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates efficiently and that our guests enjoy delicious, well-prepared meals.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items(Pizza & Pasta) according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation practices to ensure a safe cooking environment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages to management. Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques. Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning, stocking, and maintaining equipment.

Requirements

Previous experience in the Pizza & Pasta is preferred. Minimum 1 year experience working in a pizzeria as a pizza maker. Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
