Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety guidelines Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking equipment and utensils Handle food items safely, following all health regulations and standards Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is A Must Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent cooking skills with a passion for the food industry Experience in serving and customer service is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
