We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for creating delicious pizzas that delight our customers. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality pizzas while maintaining food safety standards and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers efficiently and safely. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards. Manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of orders during peak hours. Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support during busy periods. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred. Strong math skills for managing inventory and portion control. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Ability to assist with cashiering duties when necessary. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Passion for food preparation and creating high-quality dishes.
