Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the kitchen and a strong understanding of food handling and safety practices. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas that meet our high standards for quality and taste, ensuring customer satisfaction with every order.

Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Manage food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling toppings. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained after use.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in the food service or restaurant industry. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
