Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of pizza styles, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards. Assist in meal preparation by chopping ingredients, preparing sauces, and assembling toppings. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with cooking techniques specific to pizza preparation is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in kitchen operations, including meal preparation and food handling, will be beneficial.
