Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and other menu items, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Assist in food preparation, including chopping ingredients, assembling toppings, and portioning dough Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during meal preparation Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and surfaces Serve customers at the counter or via take-out orders with professionalism and friendliness Follow all food safety protocols to prevent contamination or spoilage Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredients and notifying management of supply needs

Requirements

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and teamwork orientation Basic understanding of meal preparation and food handling procedures Flexibility to work during peak hours including weekends or evenings as needed
