We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas to meet our high standards of quality and taste. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all food is prepared safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Duties

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards. Cook pizzas in a timely manner, ensuring they are baked to perfection. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Follow all food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards.

Skills

Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the kitchen setting. Strong cooking skills with an emphasis on pizza preparation techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation.
