Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through safe and accurate deliveries. Delivery Experts must have their own reliable vehicle, adequate insurance and a driver's license that is in good standing. They are expected to move quickly on their feet, and to be friendly and courteous with customers and other team members. Cash handling and basic mathematical skills are a must as all Delivery Experts are expected to handle cash and card payments in a safe manner.

Duties

:

Verify order details before leaving the restaurant to ensure accuracy. Properly package pizzas, sides, and beverages for safe transport. Communicate with customers regarding any delays or issues. Provide professional and friendly service at the door. Handle cash and electronic payments accurately. Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure heat bags and delivery equipment are clean and in good condition. Assist in-store when not delivering (e.g., folding boxes, cleaning, helping kitchen staff). Communicate with kitchen staff about order readiness and priority deliveries. Follow all safety and company policies related to food handling and delivery.

Qualifications:

All Delivery Experts must meet the following requirements:

Valid driver's license. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle cash and electronic payments responsibly. Willingness to assist with in-store tasks when needed. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
