Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for use. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking equipment and utensils. Assist with meal preparation and food service during peak hours. Follow food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.

Skills

Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within the food industry or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to help others in a collaborative environment. Proficiency in meal preparation techniques, particularly in pizza making. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional food service.
