Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Cook/Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on delivering high-quality pizzas and maintaining food safety standards. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Handle food items safely, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods. Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring they are clean and functional. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies are low. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any special requests or concerns regarding food orders.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Strong cooking skills with an emphasis on pizza preparation is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while managing multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 44 per week
