Job Description
We are looking for a full time pizza cook at Pizza Lupa, a new Italian style pizzeria located in Wolfville. Pizza Lupa serves high quality Neapolitan style pizza as well as apps, salads, and desserts.
The candidate must be available full time through the fall and have experience working in a commercial kitchen.
As a cook at Pizza Lupa you would be involved in preparing the appetizers, salads, and desserts, as well as baking pizza and making pizza dough. You would also be expected to help with the maintenance of kitchen equipment and maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen areas.
Description of responsibilities
Cook pizzas
Prepare apps & salads
Prepare sauces, dressings, etc.
Manage inventory
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas
Maintaining kitchen equipment and supplies
Salary of $19 per hour plus a portion of tips, there is potential for higher pay for well experienced cadidates who would be able to take on a managerial role.
