Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our Team at Panago Pizza. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service. This position requires experience in Pizza making, reading pizza recipes. The Pizza Cook will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications Assist in menu planning, ensuring a variety of options that meet dietary needs Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen Handle food items with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours Utilize knife skills for ingredient preparation, ensuring consistency in size and presentation Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests Keep the kitchen organized and clean, including equipment maintenance and storage practices

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in Pizza Dietary aide experience is preferred; familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus Strong cooking skills with an emphasis on pizza preparation and fine dining experiences Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
