Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled safely in accordance with food safety standards Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors and toppings to keep offerings exciting Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Follow proper food handling procedures during food preparation, cooking, and serving processes Support catering events and large orders with efficient meal preparation and timely delivery Demonstrate excellent food service skills by serving hot, delicious pizzas with a friendly attitude

Qualifications

Previous experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is preferred but not required Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant settings Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is a plus Skilled in knife handling, food presentation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 33 - 40 per week
