Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, following food handling guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area to promote a safe working environment. Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety of all food products. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food preparation and kitchen operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in a food service or restaurant environment, preferably in pizza cooking or similar roles. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dishes that meet customer expectations.
