Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety standards. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn the food industry.

Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations Assist in serving customers when needed, providing excellent food service Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Support team members during busy hours to ensure timely service

Qualifications

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
