Riverhead Brewing Company is seeking to hire a pizza cook to join our team. Our kitchen isn't like anywhere else. Our small, yet dynamic kitchen is front and centre, behind the bar at the front of house. We offer some of the best pizza in Kingston, tacos, sandwiches and bar snacks. We are looking for a cook who wants to be apart of a winning team environment. We are looking for someone that can prepare food, while engaging with customers and delivering an authentic customer experience.

Duties include:

Consistently prepare menu items Prepare food that complies with food safety standards Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Comply with all sanitation standards Provide excellent customer service Maintain excellent working knowledge of equipment and appliances Cleaning, dish washing and food preparation Open and closing duties Connecting with customers and contributing to overall experience Assist with special projects as assigned by the kitchen manager/owner

We are looking for someone who has/is:

Experience in a working kitchen Experience preparing food for large events/groups preferred Safe food handling certificate preferred Customer service Working as part of a team Self motivated during down time Accountable for role and responsibilities Reliable transportation to and from all scheduled shifts
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
