Responsibilities

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards. Cook pizzas in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation. Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any special requests or concerns regarding food preparation.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
