We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of food
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
Skills
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Experience in the food service industry
Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
