We are seeking a dedicated Pizza Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist with menu planning and ingredient selection to ensure freshness and variety
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools
Assist in meal preparation for dine-in, takeout, or catering orders
Serve food to customers in a professional manner when required
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Experience
Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is preferred
Knowledge of dietary department procedures or dietary aide experience is advantageous
Experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining enhances suitability for the role
Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation are essential
Background in food safety practices within the food industry or culinary settings is highly desirable
Previous work involving food handling, serving, or kitchen operations will be beneficial for success in this position
