Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on delivering high-quality pizzas and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a commitment to food safety and hygiene standards, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties

Prepare and cook various types of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety guidelines and health regulations. Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Provide excellent customer service by responding to special requests or dietary restrictions.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment is essential. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the food industry is highly desirable. Experience in serving customers and working as part of a team in a fast-paced setting will be beneficial. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers is a must. Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 - 44 per week
