Overview

We are seeking a passionate part time Pizza and Pasta Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and a genuine love for creating delicious Italian cuisine. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Looking to cross train on pizza station (wood fired napoletana) and pasta station.

Duties

Strong communication skills to coordinate orders between both lines Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health regulations. Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety standards.

Requirements

1+ years experience in a similar role Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a passion for meal preparation. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in the kitchen.

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
