Job Role

As

Pit Lead

, your main focus will be supporting your team and ensuring smooth, safe, and positive operations. You will:

Oversee daily Pit Crews operations with exceptional service Lead by example to motivate and support the team Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the department(s) Be the go-to liaison between management/supervisors and Pit Crew team members Assist with training, onboarding, and mentoring new hires Proactively handle mild operational issues Promote guest satisfaction through professionalism and attention to detail
