Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated

Pipelayer Helpers

to support our Civil team with the installation of underground utilities such as water, sewer, and storm systems. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the civil construction industry while working alongside experienced pipelayers and operators.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist pipelayers with the installation of pipes, fittings, and related components. Prepare and maintain work areas, including trench excavation support and backfilling. Use hand tools, shovels, and compactors to support utility installation. Help with grade checking, alignment, and material handling. Maintain a clean and safe job site by following company safety policies. Perform general labor duties as required to support the crew.

Qualifications:

Previous construction or labor experience is an asset. Willingness to learn and follow directions from supervisors and pipelayers. Physically fit to perform manual labor in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions. Safety-focused with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
