Job Overview

Magna Services Limited is an offshore service provider currently seeking experienced pipefitters for turnaround activities ongoing in Newfoundland on several offshore production facilities during Q2 and Q3 of 2025.

Candidates must possess Interprovincial Red Seal certification as a Pipefitter or Boilermaker. Candidates are required to be available for training in the St. John's area throughout May and June with offshore deployment anticipated in late July or early August.

It is preferred that individuals possess the following safety training, but training will be provided by the company if individuals progress through the recruitment process:

BST Fall Protection Confined Space Training Standard First Aid Rigging & Slinging WHMIS 2015

Duties

Maintaining the operational integrity of piping systems and equipment Strong working knowledge of industrial rigging practices and equipment Read and interpret relevant technical drawings and piping specifications Use of tooling for cutting, bolting and tensioning activities Safely execute pressure testing procedures for piping systems

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Pipefitter Broad working knowledge of drilling and process related piping and vessel equipment including flanges, fittings, gaskets, valves, etc. Interprovincial Red Seal Certification
