We are currently seeking a Pipefit Foreman to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all pipefitting operations within the shop, ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are consistently met.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & SupervisionDirect, mentor, and support pipefitters and the Lead Hand
Partner with the Lead to delegate work, monitor progress, and resolve conflicts
Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings
Review and approve timecards, manage shift coverage, and monitor attendance
Facilitate department meetings and represent your team cross-functionally
Address performance or conduct concerns with support from HR and management
Technical Skills:Hydro and air pressure testing
Pipe cutting, threading, assembling, and installing (metal, plastic, fiberglass)
Tubing for instrumentation
Bolt-up procedures and leak testing
Blueprint and layout interpretation
Ensure work aligns with specifications, drawings, and Bilton quality standards
Troubleshoot fabrication issues and verify material and tooling usage
Monitor production flow and progress daily
Compliance
Recommend production or tool improvements
Maintain documentation for safety, inspections, and incident reports
Coordinate onboarding and training with HSE and HR
Ensure a clean, organized, and accountable shop environment
Qualifications/Requirements:
Alberta Journeyperson Pipefitter (Red Seal) or equivalent certification
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience (modular or fabrication preferred)
Strong technical skills in hydro testing, tubing, and high-pressure systems
Proficient in reading P&IDs, spool drawings, and technical documents
Proven ability to mentor Leads and junior team members
Effective communicator and approachable leader
Committed to safety, quality, and team performance
Highly organized and confident working across departments
